She works here in town, as we know,
Where for years she has been COO
Of a Fairfield shop—
That stands at the top —
Applauded as THE place to go

She’s proud of her quality staff
Who perform on her patrons’ behalf
Who serve, through their deeds,
Their customers’ needs —
Enhancing that end-of-year graph

She has a most able assistant
Who fulfills every wish in an instant
Large things and small —
He attends to them all —
No matter how close or how distant

That gifted assistant? John Tower
Who, hour after hour after hour,
Stands ready and willing
For drilling and filling —
And wins rave reviews by the shower

He’s never once asked for a bonus
He’s never been cited for slowness
She keeps him inspired —
And we have admired
The unsurpassed service he’s shown us
She oversees everything there —
The bookings, the billings, the care
She runs a tight ship
With nary a slip —
It’s a masterfully managed affair

The towering tasks that she tames!
The daily achievements she claims!
In the winningest way
She makes it all play —
With Shanaz, it’s all fun and . . . Ames

She leads without seeming to lead
Faultlessly filling each need
Perfection proceeding —
Expectations exceeding —
As everyone here has agreed

She also can make her own clothes —
She might have been one of the pros —
Though a dexterous designer —
We rarely see finer —
It’s another career that she chose

Such joy as she whispers infinity
Throughout this Midwestern vicinity
The gift of transcending —

Now everyone’s heard the report of it
And we hesitate here to make sport of it —
But with Shanaz and Randy —
