MS. KLEIN

We know a great teacher, Ms. Klein
I’m glad she’s a teacher of mine

All the kids feel
Ms. Klein is ideal ¬—

She knows how to make students shine

We have a great teacher, Ms. Klein
She arrives at a quarter past nine

The children say, “Please,”
And she hands us her keys

And we know that the day will be fine

We put away coats, shoes, and boots
We all do a few sun salutes

We sit in our places
With bright, shining faces

And learn how to water the roots

Parents and students feel blessed —
People are very impressed —

She dances, she sings
And all sorts of things —

Ms. Klein helps to bring out our best

Ms. Klein’s a great baker and cook,
And her needlepoints — come take a look!

The things she creates
For our eyes and our plates

Are worth writing about in a book

Taste all the things that she bakes!
The cookies, the pies, and the cakes!

She leads down the path
Of reading and math —

What a wonderful classroom she makes

She knows all about Ayur-Ved
It’s Vat, Pitt, and Kaph on parade

We learn of the ocean
Of consciousness in motion —

We’re a healthy and wise second grade

She teaches us all Sanskrit, too
a, a, and i, i, and u, u

We know this for sure:
Her knowledge is pure —

Whatever she tells us is true

We have a great teacher, Ms. Klein
She has a great heart, a great mind

She loves us so much
With just the right touch

Ms. Klein is the best you could find

We know a great teacher, Ms. Klein
I’m glad she’s a teacher of mine

All the kids feel
Ms. Klein is ideal ¬—

Her students all think she’s divine
